As Owner and Director, Roger R. Howard provides both custom and refabricated prosthetics and orthotics.

Mr. Howard is an ABC dual Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO). He is on call evenings and weekends for emergencies. Mr. Howard brings over a decade of experience to his practice, managing patients with prosthetic and orthotic needs in the Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties.
